Many reviews of books about the writing and publishing fields for authors and writers are offered as a result of a mutually beneficial agreement between the reviewer and the author. Not always, but more often than not, this also results in a rather biased and superficial review.
The books I review here will receive nothing more than an honest appraisal from someone who knows the business and understands writing and publishing from the inside out. I write and edit for a living and work with two or more publishers in all facets of writing, editing, publishing and public relations. My goal here is to help you ... not to inflate my own image or "work a deal." You can be sure the reviews that appear below will help you become a better writer, enjoy more book sales, and alert you to the trends of the business.
